Maureen in Rockport

Chris, Chris, Chris. When you go to a biker bar/dive, the only thing to drink is beer straight from the bottle. Do NOT drink from a potentially germ-ridden glass. And never ask me how I know this.

Sadly, I can understand how you might have purchased so little on the yarn crawl. It's hell when your yarn eyes are far larger than your wallet.

Better to have bought to little than to much :) What you did get is lovely and I love that statue!

I'm glad you had a good time. Can't wait to see what you are saving up for!

Well at least you came home with something! Ahem...you need to update your run-a-go-go thingy above. I'm sure you covered many miles in NYC walking.

Boy do you have some will power! Can't wait to see what you were saving your money for!

So this is interesting. And I"m waiting to see what the surprise is...waiting....

Tsk, tsk. Only two skeins - well,OK, six skeins total! Girl, how are we ever going to take over the world if we don't have enough yarn? You better have something Really Good up your sleeve, if you think you can get away with only buying 6 skeins.

That was the TSock Tsarina - I just read in her blog about the Garbage bag of samples of sock yarn!!! :) Glad you had such a great time, and I was there too - it would've been fun to run into each other!!
