Trail riding is super good for your back muscles too. I have degenerative disc probs, and lots of Vermont trail riding sure did help (up till 15 yrs ago anyway).

I feel your pain. Got rained out this weekend (again!) as well with the horses. :(

We have been fortunate to have some sunshine peeking through lately ... to the point of extreme heat. Can't complain though. The official start of the summer season is here, so hopefully you'll be getting some more sunshine soon too. :)
