It's All Dave's Fault

Amazing how one thing leads to another.  Jessica wants to felt her own angora into mittens (yay!  It's fun!).  Since she linked to me, I decided it might be helpful for folks to see some of the miCeltic knot mittensttens I've  felted, and went looking for a photo of my favorite pair, celtic knot mittens I made for the bitchin' mittens contest that Dave hosted on his now defunct Cabin Cove blog.  I couldn't find the photo I was looking for so it must be stored on my desktop computer, which is currently not set up so my daughter can have room for her Christmas tree.  So I searched my own blog for the photo, found the post with the link to the contest.  Knowing the link wasn't working anymore, I clicked on it to see what would happen.  Oops.  Heh.  Anybody else linking to that contest just might want to see where their link takes them.  Yeah, mine led to an index for porn.  Totally not my doing.  Dave, you rascal!  Ok, ok - I know it really wasn't his fault, either.  But he's fun to blame anyway.

And yes, I know today is Wip Me Wednesday.  Maybe later I'll have some actual progress to report.  Or not.

Yes, it's amazing what happens when you don't renew a domain name. And some people actually think that pron site in MINE! (And, in one professional instance, I had to PROVE it wasn't mine!)
Cool mittens, and I'm glad you found the pics. I still have a back up of everything, so if you ever need, I have it all.
